We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Infant Teacher to join our early childhood education team. Responsibilities
- Provide attentive and nurturing care to infants, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times
- Develop and implement age-appropriate activities that promote physical, emotional, and cognitive development
- Monitor and document each child's progress, behaviors, and developmental milestones
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment in compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to communicate daily updates and developmental progress
- Support children with special needs or disabilities by adapting activities and providing individualized attention
- Ensure adherence to all licensing requirements, including health protocols such as first aid procedures
- Assist with diapering, feeding, nap times, and other routine caregiving tasks
- Participate in ongoing professional development related to childhood development, classroom management, and caregiving best practices
Qualifications
- Prior experience working with infants or in early childhood education settings such as daycare or preschool preferred
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and age-specific caregiving techniques
- Certification in first aid and CPR required or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs is a plus
- Strong classroom management skills with the ability to create a positive learning environment
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating with parents, guardians, and team members
- Compassionate caregiver with patience, flexibility, and a genuine love for working with young children
- Ability to pass background checks in accordance with licensing requirements
- Relevant experience in babysitting, nannying, or caregiving roles is advantageous

Pay: $11.00 - $14.00 per hour
