## Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Prepare and serve nutritious meals following dietary restrictions
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Assist with mobility and transfers as needed
- Administer medication reminders and assist with medical equipment
- Support individuals with developmental disabilities in their daily routine
- Familiarity with working with individuals with developmental disabilities
- Strong cleaning and cooking skills
- Excellent patient observation and communication skills
## Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate Home Care Attendant to provide essential assistance to Veterans and Medicaid recipients individuals in their homes. The ideal candidate will have experience in home care, assisted living, and senior care.
## Experience
- Prior experience in home care, nursing homes, or hospice care is preferred
