As one of our Founding Quality-of-Life Partners, you'll help older adults and Veterans remain safe, independent, and comfortable in the place they call home.
What You'll Do
- Provide companionship and meaningful conversation
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal care
- Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
- Provide medication reminders
- Escort clients to appointments and community outings (when assigned)
- Observe and report changes in client condition
- Complete timely and accurate documentation
- Build meaningful relationships with clients and their families
- Travel to and provide care inside clients' homes throughout our service area

Qualifications
- Minimum 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable, insured vehicle
- Ability to travel between client homes
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background screening
- Fingerprinting required
- Current CPR Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Current TB screening/clearance
- Successful completion of caregiver competency assessment
- Ability to safely assist clients with daily activities
- Authorized to work in the United States
