NOW HIRING: Caregiver – Nazareth, PA
Hands From The Heart Home Healthcare Services, a Medicaid-certified agency, is expanding and looking for a reliable and compassionate caregiver to join our team!
Location: Nazareth, PA
Schedule: Monday & Tuesday, 9:00 AM–12:00 PM
15 Hours Per Week
We are looking for someone who enjoys providing companionship and engaging activities. This is a very easy and rewarding case!
Caregiver Duties Include:
- Accompanying the client on walks
- Doing crafts and enjoyable activities
- Assisting with exercises
- Providing companionship and social interaction
- Encouraging the client to stay active and engaged
The client is requesting a meet-and-greet with potential caregivers!

Requirements for Onboarding:
2 Forms of Identification
2 Proofs of Residency — one from 2024 and one from 2025 Negative TB Test - If you do not currently have a TB test, you must be willing to obtain one Must be dependable, compassionate, and committed to providing quality care
