We are seeking to hire an EVV Coordinator to ensure compliance with the agency's EVV goals. We are a growing agency with plenty of opportunity to move up for the right candidate. You will play a vital part in ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within our organization, contributing directly to the well-being of our clients. Responsibilities
- Monitor the EVV dashboard and ensure caregivers are properly clocking in and out for shifts.
- Investigate and link calls where appropriate.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and their families, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to client care and services provided.
- Assist in office management tasks, including helping to develop policies to enhance EVV compliance.
- Support the medical receptionist duties as needed, including answering phone systems and directing calls.
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus but not required.
- Effective time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
