About Us
Handle With Care (HWC) provides evidence-based, trauma-informed behavior management training for schools, hospitals, and human service organizations. We are expanding our digital footprint and seeking a hands-on digital marketing pro who can execute across platforms with precision, creativity, and strategy.
Your Role
You’ll manage our digital marketing campaigns, optimize deliverability, execute outbound email outreach, run our social media, and support presentation development. If you're equal parts technical, creative, and organized—this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Email & Funnel Management
- Build and optimize email campaigns
- Design lead capture funnels, newsletters, and automations
- Segment audiences and monitor campaign analytics
Outreach & Lead Gen
- Set up and manage outreach campaigns
- Clean and segment lead lists
- Write outbound messaging
Social Media
- Schedule and post to Social Media
- Repurpose content across platforms
- Track engagement and recommend optimizations
- Social Ad Campaigns
Lead Tracking
- Ability to track Leads and put into a CRM Pipeline
Presentations & Visuals
- Create branded visual content and infographics as needed
Skills & Requirements
- Required Tools: GoHighLevel (or ability to learn) (Campaigns, CRM, Social), Canva, Microsoft, Adobe Suite.
- Strong writing and editing skills (email, social, slides)
- Knowledge of email best practices and compliance
- Social media savvy (LinkedIn is key)
- Detail-oriented with project management
- Bonus: Retargeting ads
