Responsibilities
- Prepare and produce a variety of ice cream flavors following established recipes and quality standards.
- Ensure proper food handling practices are followed to maintain food safety and hygiene in the kitchen.
- Package finished products for sale, ensuring that all items are labeled accurately and attractively.
- Assist in catering events by providing ice cream services, including setup, serving, and cleanup.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain an organized and efficient kitchen environment.
- Participate in cake decorating and baking tasks as needed, contributing to a diverse product offering.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively, including mixers, freezers, and other food processing machines.
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas, tools, and equipment to ensure compliance with health regulations.
Qualifications
