What You’ll Do
- Create a fun, welcoming experience for every customer who walks through our doors or visits our drive-thru.
- Scoop and serve ice cream quickly, accurately, and with attention to presentation.
- Take customer orders, answer questions, make recommendations, and help customers find their new favorite flavor.
- Operate the register and process customer payments accurately.
- Provide efficient, friendly drive-thru service while keeping orders moving.
- Keep the shop, service counters, equipment, and customer areas clean and organized.
- Restock supplies and help maintain an inviting, well-prepared store.
- Work closely with your teammates to keep service running smoothly during busy rushes.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and company procedures.

Experience We Love
Previous experience in ice cream, food service, quick-service restaurants, or other fast-paced customer-facing roles is a plus.
Drive-thru experience is especially valuable! We love candidates who understand order accuracy, speed of service, customer communication, and how to keep a line moving. However, we’re willing to train the right person who brings the right attitude and work ethic.
Pay & Scheduling
- Pay: $16.00 per hour plus tips.
- Employee Discount: 20% off.
- Employment Type: Part-time and full-time positions available.
- Store Hours: We plan to serve customers from 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM, with the possibility of extended hours until 11:00 PM on Fridays and Saturdays.
- Shift Availability: Opening team members must arrive by 10:30 AM to prepare the shop for opening. Closing shifts will extend through closing duties after the store closes to customers.
- Scheduling Flexibility: Exact shift times and weekly hours are still being finalized as we prepare to open our new location. Schedules will be determined based on business needs and team availability.
We’re looking for team members who can help us deliver friendly, efficient service throughout our operating hours. Availability for a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, is a plus.
