Why This Role Matters

As Spa Manager, you will lead the day-to-day operations of the spa while building a culture of positivity, accountability, teamwork, and exceptional customer care. You will coach and inspire a team of spa associates, massage therapists, and estheticians while helping drive membership growth, client retention, and overall spa performance.

You understand how to coach your team to educate clients on the value of our Lifestyle Program and create lifelong members through exceptional service and relationship building.

You know how to maximize revenue through scheduling optimization, retail sales, service enhancements, marketing initiatives, and outstanding customer experiences.


Team Development & Recruiting

You are passionate about attracting, hiring, training, mentoring, and retaining exceptional people. You believe that great businesses are built by great teams.


Operational Excellence

You maintain high standards, measure performance, analyze results, manage inventory, optimize schedules, and ensure the spa consistently exceeds client expectations.


What You'll Do

  • Lead and inspire a high-performing spa team
  • Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop team members
  • Create a positive, engaging, and accountable workplace culture
  • Drive membership sales and retention
  • Develop and execute local marketing initiatives
  • Analyze business performance and use data to drive decisions
  • Optimize staffing and scheduling to maximize client experience and profitability
  • Resolve guest concerns and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction
  • Maintain spa appearance, cleanliness, and ambiance
  • Ensure compliance with Hand & Stone standards, policies, and procedures

What We're Looking For

  • 2–3 years of leadership experience in spa, salon, hospitality, retail, fitness, or service industries
  • Proven success managing people and driving business results
  • Strong sales, marketing, and customer service skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills
  • A positive attitude and growth mindset
  • Ability to motivate and inspire diverse teams
  • Passion for wellness, massage, skincare, and helping people feel their best


Spa industry experience is a plus, but not required. We will provide the training and support needed for your success.


Schedule Expectations

This is a full-time leadership position requiring flexibility based on business needs.

Typical schedule:

  • Four weekdays (generally 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM or similar)
  • Saturdays (10:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
  • Occasional evenings as needed to support the team and business
