Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide personalized assistance to enhance their spa experience
• Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including processing payments and handling cash with care
• Conduct product demonstrations and upsell spa services or retail items to maximize guest satisfaction and revenue
• Maintain a well-stocked retail area by merchandising products attractively and restocking as needed
• Promote spa services through engaging conversations and informative product demos, encouraging repeat visits and selling membership
• Handle phone inquiries professionally, providing information about services, appointments, and promotions while practicing excellent phone etiquette
• Support the team by supervising junior staff or trainees when necessary, fostering a collaborative environment
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the retail space, treatment rooms, and common areas in compliance with health standards
• Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing client records, and processing transactions efficiently
  
  

Skills

• Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients in a friendly, professional manner
• Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve a broader clientele effectively
• Experience with POS systems, cashiering, and basic retail math for accurate transactions and cash handling
• Proven customer service skills that create positive guest experiences from start to finish
• Demonstrated ability to upsell products and services tactfully to enhance revenue opportunities
• Supervising experience is a plus for supporting team operations and training new staff members
• Excellent phone etiquette for handling inquiries professionally in a fast-paced setting
