What are the responsibilities and job description for the Spa Pool Attendant position at Crescent Hotels & Resorts?

The Spa of Colonial Williamsburg has an immediate opening for an energetic individual to fill the position of Guest Services/Female Locker Rooms Attendant. In this position you will be responsible for creating a positive experience for every member/guest by ensuring the Spa, Retail area and Female Locker Rooms are luxurious, comfortable, welcoming and relaxing environment for our guests.
Here is what you will be doing:
- Provide a high level of customer service
- Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor by start of shift in proper uniform.
- Ensure amenities in all areas and locker rooms are properly stocked, clean, and neatly organized.
- Ensure all merchandise in the retail store is clean, neat and organized; restock any goods in the shop that have been depleted.
- Ensure a safe work environment.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications we are seeking:
- A minimum of 1 year of Experience working in a customer service environment.
- Experience of working in a Spa and retail environment a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
