Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for a Spa Associate located in Strongsville. The Spa Associate will be responsible for welcoming guests, providing information about services, scheduling appointments, managing client files, and answering phone calls. The role also includes selling memberships, gift cards, and retail products, as well as maintaining the cleanliness and ambiance of the spa. The Spa Associate will work closely with spa management to ensure a seamless and rejuvenating experience for clients.

- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Experience in sales, including selling memberships, gift cards, and retail products
- Organizational skills and proficiency in scheduling and managing client files
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and ambiance of the spa
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with appointment scheduling software
- Ability to work in Greater Cleveland and commit to an on-site role
- Passion for health, wellness, and the spa industry
- Previous experience in a spa or similar environment is a plus
