- Total pay of $60,000 to $88,000 includes base salary, commission, and tips for full-time LMT's
- Dental, vision, life, supplemental, paid time off and pet insurance
- Bi-weekly pay with tips paid out the same day (coming soon)

- Continuing education support, including employer contributions toward prenatal, oncology and other certifications
- Maintain an active massage license and carry liability insurance
- Deliver personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs
- Create a welcoming, friendly, and professional client experience
- Follow our “Key Ingredients” standard to educate and empower clients
- Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management
- Participate in ongoing training, workshops, and webinars
