Position Overview
Deliver high-quality, results-driven massage sessions while contributing to a seamless, elevated studio environment. Therapists are expected to maintain consistency, retain clients, and operate with professionalism and efficiency.
Responsibilities
• Perform customized sessions including deep tissue, relaxation, and specialty modalities
• Maintain strong client communication, intake accuracy, and treatment planning
• Build and retain a returning client base through quality and consistency
• Maintain clean, reset treatment rooms between sessions
• Stay on schedule and manage time without supervision
• Recommend add-ons and enhancements when appropriate
• Collaborate with team to maintain studio standards and flow
Preferred Skill Set
• Deep tissue proficiency required
• Experience or interest in Ashiatsu, Thai massage, lymphatic techniques, or advanced modalities
• Strong pressure control and body mechanics
• Ability to handle multiple sessions per day without burnout
• Awareness of contraindications and client safety
Requirements
• Active Ohio Massage Therapy License
• Professional liability insurance
• Weekend or evening availability preferred
• Reliable, self-managed, and accountable
