What We Expect (The "First Call" Test): We hire for brains, then hands. If we call you for a phone interview, be prepared to answer clinical questions on the spot, such as:

• How does a chemical peel differ from an enzyme in terms of cellular interaction?
• What is the main function of Salicylic acid for an acneic guest?
