Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to all guests and members.
- Confidently communicate membership options, sales promotions, and service details.
- Book, confirm, and manage appointments efficiently to maximize daily capacity.
- Greet clients warmly and professionally during check-in and check-out.
- Stay knowledgeable about all products and services to make informed recommendations.
- Support daily operations and execute tasks assigned by management.
- Maintain accurate and organized client records.
- Ensure the front desk and spa common areas meet cleanliness and organization standards.
- Work closely with service providers to maintain a smooth, efficient schedule.
- Handle data entry and other administrative duties with accuracy and speed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales; membership-based sales is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to prioritize in a busy environment.
- A fast learner with a consistently positive, professional demeanor.
- Comfortable using booking software or POS systems (training provided).
- A reliable team player who can also work independently.
- Ability to think critically and resolve customer issues effectively.
- Consistent punctuality and reliable transportation are a must.
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
