Status: Part-Time (up to 20 hours/week)
Starting Pay: $15.49/hour
(with advancement opportunities to $18/hour commission)

The Role

As a Front Desk Associate, you are the face of Iron Culture. You’ll do more than check people in—you’ll drive membership growth, support sales, maintain a pristine environment, and make every member feel seen and welcomed. This job isn’t for someone looking to coast—it’s for someone hungry to learn, improve, and be part of something bigger.

What You’ll Do

• Greet members and guests with professionalism, energy, and attention to detail

• Manage member check-in and & monitor gym access

• Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and guide leads toward memberships, classes, and personal training

• Sell memberships and assist with upgrades, freezes, or cancellations

• Prepare protein shakes and process payments for meal, supplement, and apparel orders.

• Keep the reception area and key spaces (floors, locker rooms, towels) clean and organized

• Prepare for and execute end-of-day closing procedures (if working night shift)

• Work some holidays—Iron Culture is open 365 days/year

• Sales Lead: $18/hr sales commission. You’ll specialize in converting leads and driving new memberships.

Qualifications

• Customer service or front desk experience (preferred)

• Sales interest or experience (strongly preferred)

• Flexibility for evening, weekend, and some holiday shifts

• Multilingual or basic fitness knowledge is a plus
