Compensation And Benefits

- Support membership sales, conversion, retention, and guest follow-up
- Coach Spa Associates on membership value, objection handling, and closing
- Help manage the front desk during peak business hours
- Assist with appointment booking, confirmations, prebooking, and filling cancellations
- Support gift card, retail, enhancement, and package sales
- Monitor daily goals and communicate results to the team
- Assist with opening, closing, cash handling, deposits, and front desk standards
- Help maintain provider schedule productivity and reduce open appointment time
- Support hiring, onboarding, training, and coaching Spa Associates
- Resolve guest concerns professionally
- Maintain a clean, organized, professional, and brand-compliant spa
- Lead by example with urgency, professionalism, and accountability
- Minimum of 2 years of sales, customer service, front desk, retail, hospitality, or leadership experience preferred
- Experience in a membership-based business is strongly preferred
- Comfortable selling memberships and coaching others to sell
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-through
- Professional, dependable, and punctual
- Comfortable using reports, booking software, and point-of-sale systems
- Zenoti experience is a plus
- Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus
