About the Role Hand & Stone is looking for sales-focused, friendly, and motivated Spa Associates to join our teams in Lake Highlands and Arboretum Village. Be the first and last face our guests see — welcoming them, booking services, and
recommending memberships, upgrades, and retail that support their wellness goals.
What You’ll Do
Greet clients with professionalism and care
Book appointments, check out guests, and process payments
Sell memberships, services, and retail to hit monthly goals
Educate guests on massage, facial, and skincare options
Maintain a clean, calm, and polished front desk environment
Communicate guest feedback and performance updates to leadership
