Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Rockwall is looking for an energetic Spa Sales Associate: an enthusiastic individual who knows how to communicate and loves interacting with people. This is a customer service and sales job.

Responsibilities for this role include:
- Provide excellent customer service to members/guests of the spa
- Answer phone and book guest appointments. Responsible for explaining and selling spa services over the phone
- Welcome and greet members/guests upon their arrival
- Upsell services to guests who visit the spa
- Sell spa memberships, gift cards and upgrades
- Promote health/wellness benefits of massage therapy and skin care
- Maintain a professional and clean work environment & appearance
The primary Qualifications and Requirements:
- Sales/customer service experience is preferred but not required. We will teach and train the right candidate
- A passion for people and sales/customer service - this is a must to have. If you are hesitant in talking with new people and have no interest in making others feel special then please don't apply!
- High level of enthusiasm - if you are a positive uplifting person, you would be a great fit in our team
- Ability to promote the health and wellness benefits of both massage therapy and facials - it would help if you already know the importance of taking care of your body and skin
