- $15–$16 per hour base, guaranteed — you're paid hourly no matter what you sell
- $30 commission on every membership you sell

- Evenings and weekends are required. That's when guests book, and that's where your commission is.

- Reliable transportation and on-time attendance, every shift
- Welcome guests, answer phones, and book massage and facial appointments
- Explain membership benefits and confidently ask for the sale — you'll carry a monthly goal
- Call and text guests to fill the schedule and recover cancellations fast
- Prebook every guest for their next visit and recommend upgrades and retail
- Check guests in and out accurately on our booking and point-of-sale system
- Keep the front desk clean and organized, and support the therapists and estheticians through busy shifts
- Customer service, front desk, retail, hospitality, fitness, or medical office experience
- Comfortable asking for the sale — and comfortable hearing no
- Comfortable with computers, scheduling software, and POS systems
- Spa, gym, hotel, or medical front desk experience is a plus
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
