Job Description: Are you a caring and skilled Home Health Aide looking for flexible work opportunities? We are seeking PRN Home Health Aides to provide exceptional care to our patients in their homes. As a PRN Home Health Aide, you will have the flexibility to pick up shifts that fit your schedule, and after picking up three shifts, you will be eligible for a special bonus!
Key Responsibilities:
- 🏠 Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities to patients in their homes.
- 🩺 Assist with basic healthcare tasks, such as monitoring vital signs and medication reminders.
- 🍽️ Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping duties.
- 🚗 Provide transportation to appointments and errands as needed.
- 🤝 Offer companionship and emotional support to patients.
- 📋 Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient documentation.
- 🌟 Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
- 🎓 High school diploma or equivalent.
- 🏥 Previous experience as a Home Health Aide or in a similar role is a plus.
- 💉 Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification preferred.
- 🗣️ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- 🚗 Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
