Night Shift

Position: Home Health Aide (HHA) 

As a Home Health Aide, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with daily activities and enhancing their quality of life. You’ll be the helping hands and caring heart that make independence possible for our clients. 

Key Duties & Responsibilities: 

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. 

• Provide light housekeeping including laundry, meal preparation, and maintaining a safe environment. 

• Support with mobility and transfers, ensuring client safety at all times. 

• Monitor and record changes in the client’s physical, emotional, or mental condition, and promptly report to the supervisor. 

• Offer companionship through conversation, engagement in activities, and emotional support. 

• Assist with medication reminders (as directed). 

• Follow the individualized care plan and maintain accurate documentation of services provided.

What We’re Looking For: 

• A compassionate and dependable individual with a heart for caregiving. 

• High school diploma or GED (preferred). 

• Previous caregiving experience or HHA/CNA certification is a plus (but not required – training available). 

• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and staff. 

• Must pass background check and meet all state requirements.
