Hand N Hand Home Health Care is hiring dependable Home Health Aides to support clients who want to remain safe and independent in their homes. We offer consistent hours, supportive supervisors, and a team that truly values your work. 

The Home Health Aide will be responsible for: 

• Providing personal care and assistance with daily living activities to clients in their homes. 

• Assisting with basic healthcare tasks, such as monitoring vital signs and medication reminders. 

• Helping with meal preparation and light housekeeping duties. 

• Providing transportation to appointments and errands as needed. 

• Offering companionship and emotional support to clients. 

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client documentation. 

• Ensuring compliance with all healthcare regulations, company policies, and upholding our company values 

The qualifications for the Home Health Aide are: 

• High school diploma or equivalent. 

• Previous experience as a Home Health Aide or in a similar role is a plus. 

• Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification preferred but not required. 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

• Reliable, Compassionate, and professional demeanor  

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. 

The Home Health Aide will be rewarded with: 

• $15.00 - $16.00 hourly pay, dependent on experience
