We are hiring a Spa Sales Associate at Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa in Toledo, Ohio.
We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Associate to join our growing team. You will find yourself working in a positive and fulfilling team-oriented environment promoting massages, facials, spa services and a healthy lifestyle program!
Commission on all sales hourly pay.
Job Requirements:
- One year of sales or customer service experience
- Ability to hit sales goals- this is a must!
- MUST BE ABLE TO WORK EVENINGS & WEEKENDS
- Motivated by commissions and incentives for sales
- Team player and a positive/energetic attitude
- Excellent customer service skills
- Desire to help others and promote the health/wellness of massage/facials/lifestyle program
- Multi-task in busy setting
- Welcome and greet guests upon arrival
- Answer phones, book appointments, sell memberships, gift cards and upgrades
- Professionalism
