Job Requirements:
- Experience in Sales (This is a COMMISSION hourly pay position)
- Evening & Weekend availability is required
- Ability to hit weekly/monthly sales goals
- Motivated by commissions and incentives for sales
- Team player and a positive/energetic attitude
- Excellent customer service skills
- Desire to help others and promote the health/wellness of massage/facials/lifestyle program
- Multi-task in busy setting
- Welcome and greet guests upon arrival
- Answer phones, book appointments, sell memberships, gift cards and upgrades
- Professionalism
