Hand and Stone in Horizon West is actively seeking a Spa Manager! ARE YOU AN EXCEPTIONAL SALES-BUSINESS MANAGER WITH A PASSION FOR THE SPA INDUSTRY? TAKE A LOOK AT THIS GREAT OPPORTUNITY! Hand and Stone is seeking a Spa Manager for our busy location in Horizon West.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum 3-6 years of management/sales experience, preferably in a retail or spa environment and strong entrepreneurial spirit. The primary Qualifications and Requirements of this role include, but are not limited to:
- Retail/sales experience
- A passion for people and sales
- High level of enthusiasm
- Demonstrated ability to balance coaching/mentoring with discipline
- Strong organizational/planning and computer skills
- Experience with a booking system is a plus
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of a busy spa
- Ability to promote the health and wellness benefits of both massage therapy and facials
- Handle administrative tasks including but not limited to payroll, scheduling, inventory, and reporting
- Ability to work flexible schedule including days/evenings/weekends/holidays
- Knowledge and understanding of all spa services and product line
