Hancock Park Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a Per-Diem Receptionist to join our team! Our compassionate and experienced staff will help you reach your maximum potential in this role. Requirements:
High school diploma, preferred
Prior experience as a Receptionist in a Skilled Nursing Facility or related, preferred
Job Duties:
Answer and direct callers to the appropriate phone lines
Screen visitor, staff and vendors per DPH guidelines
Assist with necessary testing of visitors
Greet new admissions, direct families and visitors to resident rooms
Assist department heads with clerical tasks such as tracking documentation, copying, faxing
