Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans. Administer physician-ordered treatments accurately and safely. Monitor patient status and respond promptly to changes in condition. Provide therapeutic nursing interventions. Educate patients and families throughout hospitalization and discharge. Document assessments, interventions, and patient outcomes accurately. Participate in emergency response and resuscitation when needed. Communicate patient updates during shift reports and interdisciplinary rounds. Supervise and delegate tasks to non-licensed personnel appropriately. Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and clinical protocols.
