Duties
- Supervise daily laundry operations, including sorting, washing, drying, folding, and distribution of linens and textiles
- Lead and motivate a team of laundry staff, providing clear direction, training, and performance feedback to ensure optimal productivity.
- Work directly with customers to provide timely, and quality service.
- Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols, health regulations, and quality standards across all laundry processes
- Manage inventory levels of cleaning supplies, detergents, and linen stock to prevent shortages and reduce waste
Qualifications
- Strong management skills with the ability to lead teams effectively and foster a positive work environment.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of safety procedures related to chemical handling and equipment operation
- Experience with inventory management and process optimization is a plus
Pay: $1.00 - $2.00 per hour
