Such duties and responsibilities as may be assigned, including, but not limited to:
Evaluation
Performance of this position will be evaluated annually in accordance with the evaluation procedures for non-certified employees.
This employee shall be subject to all applicable policies, resolutions, and regulations of the Hancock County School District and the laws of the State of Mississippi. Hancock County School District does not discriminate on the basis of sex, race, color, national origin, age or handicap.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 years of maintenance experience preferred
- Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and heating systems
- Skilled with a variety of hand and power tools
- Ability to prepare and follow verbal and written instructions
- Must pass a background check and drug test
- Must have a valid Mississippi driver’s license

Typical Duties And Responsibilities
Such duties and responsibilities as may be assigned, including, but not limited to:
- Perform routine maintenance to ensure everything is in working order
- Perform light carpentry and basic plumbing repairs
- Perform painting, pressure washing, and grounds keeping work as needed
- Responsible for moving furniture, equipment, and supplies
- Responsible for proper use and care of all tools, equipment and vehicles
- Exercise proper safety precautions and follow all codes and regulations
- Perform other duties as assigned
