Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Bridal Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service to brides and their parties as they navigate the exciting journey of selecting their wedding attire and accessories. Your expertise in retail sales and strong communication skills will be essential in creating a memorable experience for each customer.

Responsibilities

• Assist brides and bridal parties in selecting wedding gowns, bridesmaid dresses, and accessories.
• Provide product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of various bridal attire.
• Maintain a well-organized sales floor through effective merchandising and stocking practices.
• Utilize POS systems for transactions, ensuring accurate cash handling and cashiering duties.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs, offering upselling opportunities where appropriate.
• Supervise junior staff members, providing guidance and support to enhance team performance.
• Maintain a high standard of customer service, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette when handling inquiries.
• Conduct retail math calculations to assist with inventory management and sales reporting.

Skills

• Strong background in retail sales with experience in a grocery store or similar environment.
• Proficiency in POS systems and basic math skills for accurate transactions.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele.
• Experience in supervising staff is a plus, fostering a collaborative team atmosphere.
• Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to a wider range of customers.
• Knowledge of merchandising techniques to create appealing displays that attract customers.
• Ability to perform product demos that highlight the unique features of bridal products.
