Responsibilities

- Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring special requests are noted and communicated clearly to the kitchen staff.
- Serve food and drinks promptly, maintaining high standards of presentation and quality.
- Check in with guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns proactively.
- Clear tables efficiently, maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout your shift.
- Handle cash and electronic payments accurately, providing correct change and receipts.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow and a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
Experience
- Previous experience in a customer service or food service role is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a positive attitude are most important.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
