Recruitment & Territory Management
- Assist the Director of Admission with all aspects of daily office operations, and overall recruitment programs and services
- Develops and executes a comprehensive recruitment plan for assigned geographic territories, aligned with institutional enrollment goals.
- Represents the institution at high schools, college fairs, community events, and virtual programs to build strong relationships with prospective students, families, counselors, and community partners.
- Analyzes territory performance using data dashboards, CRM reports, and historical trends to adjust strategies throughout the cycle.
- Conducts presentations and information sessions for diverse audiences, both on and off campus.
- Collaborates with marketing and communications to ensure recruitment messaging is consistent, compelling, and audience-appropriate.
Supervision & Team Leadership
- Supervises, trains, and evaluates admission counselors and student ambassadors, fostering a supportive and high-performance team culture.
- Provides ongoing coaching to staff on recruitment strategy, travel planning, communication skills, and application review.
- Coordinates staff scheduling and coverage for recruitment travel, campus events, and daily office operations.
- Leads professional development initiatives to strengthen team expertise in enrollment trends, best customer service practices.
Application Review & Enrollment Management
- Evaluates first-year and transfer applications using a holistic review process and contributes to admission decisions.
- Participates in yield initiatives such as admitted-student events, outreach campaigns, and personalized follow-up.
- Collaborates with campus partners—including academic departments, athletics, and student services—to support prospective and admitted students.
- Assists with policy development related to recruitment, evaluation, and enrollment operations.
Campus Events & Customer Service
- Supports planning and execution of major admission events including open houses, visit days, and orientation-related programming.
- Ensures high-quality customer service across all prospective-student touchpoints, including email, phone, and in-person interactions.
- Contributes to continuous improvement of campus visit experiences and communication workflows.
