- Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls to appropriate departments or personnel with courteous phone etiquette
- Handle data entry tasks accurately using productivity software such as Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and Word processing tools
- Maintain organized filing systems and perform clerical duties including proofreading, document preparation, and record keeping
- Assist with calendar management and scheduling appointments to optimize office productivity
- Support office management activities by coordinating supplies, managing incoming correspondence, and overseeing general administrative tasks
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally via phone or in person
Experience
- Proven office experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Demonstrated proficiency in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), spreadsheets, and data entry software
- Experience handling multi-line phone systems and providing excellent customer service in a front desk or administrative role
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to effectively communicate with diverse clients and visitors
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus for managing basic financial transactions
- Prior clerical or administrative experience that includes calendar management, filing, proofreading, and time management skills
