Hampton Place Healthcare is one of NWA's newest premier skilled nursing facility. We are a 140 bed facility with all private rooms. You will work in a brand new, state of the art, nursing facility.
We are seeking an admissions nurse who will be responsible for the following
- Completes clinical and medical screening assessments for admission.
- Ensure resident meets level of care.
- Initiate admit orders at time of admission.
- Reconcile patient's medication at admissions.
- Complete admission packet with resident/responsible party.
- Able to answer inquiries regarding admissions and facilitate process (pre-certs).
