Your DAY-TO-DAY as a Medical Records Technician

As a full-time Medical Records Technician at the Hampton-Newport News Community Services Board, you will be responsible for maintaining comprehensive records of patient care. This includes compiling, reviewing, and scanning documentation related to patients’ conditions, treatments, and health outcomes into our efficient document imaging system. Your role will also involve responding to oral and written requests for information with accuracy and professionalism, ensuring that all inquiries are handled appropriately.
