What does a Substance Use Disorder Residential Counselor do?

As a Substance Use Disorder Residential Counselor at Hampton-Newport News Community Services Board, you will engage in an enriching role dedicated to supporting non-pregnant, pregnant, and postpartum women diagnosed with substance use disorders.
