We are offering a total of $1500.00 Hiring Incentive as follows $750 after 6 months of employment; $750 after 12 months of employment (subject to your current tax rates).
All candidates offered a position are required to pass a drug test.
This position's primary function is to keep the facility clean to eliminate safety and fire hazards. This is a full time entry level position with cross training lead-ins to operate some of the advanced equipment in the facility to cover breaks. Production bonuses are possible for every employee each month, based on the plant site’s target goals.
This position will start out on a Monday through Thursday 500pm - 330 am shift until trained. Then will go to the Tuesday through Friday shift.

- Good communication skills through writing, speech and hearing
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Sawmill experience preferred but not required
- Must be willing to learn new skills
- Lifting is 20-30 pounds on a continuous basis
- Be a team player and self-starter
- Be self-motivated; goal-oriented
