Responsibilities
- Clean and service guest rooms according to established standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies.
- Perform thorough cleaning of bathrooms, including sinks, showers, tubs, and fixtures to ensure hygiene and freshness.
- Maintain public areas such as hallways, lobbies, and restrooms by sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces regularly.
- Restock amenities like towels, toiletries, linens, and other supplies to guarantee guest satisfaction.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to management for swift resolution.
- Follow all safety protocols and cleaning procedures to ensure a safe environment for yourself and guests.
- Assist with laundry duties as needed, including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels.
Experience
- Previous custodial or janitorial experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates.
- Experience in commercial cleaning or hospitality environments is a plus.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout shifts comfortably.
