• Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of all public areas, including lobbies, hallways, and restrooms
• Assist housekeeping staff with cleaning and restocking guest rooms
• Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries
• Assist with laundry duties and maintaining inventory of supplies
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures

• Prior experience in housekeeping or a related field preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy objects
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends
