Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Maintain cleanliness in public areas such as lobbies, hallways, and restrooms.
- Change bed linens and towels, ensuring all items are fresh and properly arranged.
- Restock supplies in guest rooms and common areas as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Assist with special cleaning projects as directed by housekeeping management.
Requirements
- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or custodial roles is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care, and janitorial practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Good communication skills with a focus on providing exceptional hospitality to guests.
