We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent who can work two shifts of 2PM-10PM and two shifts of_ 10PM-6AM_ to join our team in providing exceptional guest services at our hotel. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm welcome and a seamless check-in and check-out experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival with a friendly demeanor and assist with the check-in process.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional manner to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Manage reservations and maintain accurate records using hotel management software.
- Operate phone systems to respond to calls promptly and provide information about hotel services and amenities.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for guests.
- Process payments and maintain cash handling procedures accurately.
- Provide local information and recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
- Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
Skills
- Strong background in hospitality or front desk operations is preferred.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
- Proficient in using phone systems and hotel management software.
