Part Time Maintenance Technician/Janitorial

Hours: Part Time

Days: All - Weekends Required

Shifts: Day

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Complete preventative maintenance for all guest rooms and public spaces according to the outlined timetable/schedule.
• Respond to maintenance requests made by both the guests of the hotel and fellow hotel team members when necessary.
• Inspect of the hotel's systems, guest room and grounds upkeep, adherence to brand standards.
• Maintain inventory and condition of tools and materials that are provided.
• Interact professionally and politely with guests and coworkers.
• Ability to work on your own while staying on task and completing required work
• Willingness to perform any tasks that are required by the hotel General Manager

Requirements: The ideal candidate should have some experience with general maintenance in one or more of the following categories: HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Mechanical, Paint/Wallpaper and Pool maintenance.

• United States work authorization is required
• High school or higher education preferred
• No drug use
• Must be able to provide references
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Perform other duties as required.

This role requires the ability to move and lift up to 75 lbs. Standing, sitting or walking for extended periods of time and ensuring a professional demeanor, clear communication and appearance in a clean uniform are also required.
