Summary

Hampton's Maintenance Hotel position is vital in ensuring the upkeep and smooth operation of our hotel facilities. Located in the US, this role supports our mission to offer guests a safe and relaxing stay by maintaining high standards of property maintenance and safety.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on hotel facilities to ensure safety and functionality.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and plumbing issues promptly.
• Use schematics and technical manuals to diagnose problems.
• Operate CMMS software to track maintenance activities.
• Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate repair schedules.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Assist with residential painting and other facility upgrades as needed.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance work performed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in facilities or hotel maintenance.
• Strong electrical, mechanical, and plumbing skills.
• Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and schematics.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Leadership or supervising experience preferred.
• Ability to read technical manuals and use testing tools like ohmmeters.
• Customer service orientation to assist guests or staff when required.
