Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a positive first impression of the hotel
- Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately
- Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism, answering inquiries and directing calls appropriately
- Assist guests with reservations, room assignments, and special requests to enhance their experience
- Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and billing details
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to ensure guest satisfaction
- Address guest concerns promptly and courteously, escalating issues when necessary to ensure resolution
- Uphold high standards of phone etiquette, guest relations, and overall customer service excellence
Experience
- Previous experience in hospitality or front desk is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
- Familiarity with hotel software and multi-line phone systems is advantageous
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to work evenings consistently in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
