Housekeeping

Hampton Inn & Suites is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our hospitality team. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for ensuring that guest rooms and public areas are clean, orderly, and welcoming, in line with Hampton’s standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas according to brand and safety standards
• Make beds, change linens, vacuum carpets, and dust furniture
• Replenish guest amenities and room supplies as needed
• Remove trash and used linens from guest rooms and bathrooms
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly
• Ensure all assigned rooms are completed within shift time
• Follow all health and safety regulations
• Greet guests in a friendly, courteous manner and respond to any requests
• Maintain the cleaning cart and storage areas in a clean and organized manner
• Work as part of a team to ensure all rooms and common areas meet Hampton Inn’s cleanliness expectations

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is a plus, but not required
• Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
• Good physical condition and stamina
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
