Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common spaces, ensuring they meet established cleanliness standards.
• Handle laundry duties efficiently, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items.
• Maintain floor care by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming carpets, and applying appropriate treatments to preserve flooring quality.
• Ensure proper sanitation practices are followed during cleaning routines to promote health and safety for residents and visitors.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing residents’ or guests’ requests promptly and professionally.
• Manage custodial supplies inventory, restocking cleaning products and equipment as needed to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist with housekeeping management tasks such as scheduling cleaning routines or training new team members in cleaning procedures.

Skills

• Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments with a strong understanding of sanitation standards.
• Skilled in various cleaning techniques including carpet cleaning, floor care, and janitorial practices.
• Ability to perform laundry duties efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Knowledge of housekeeper management principles and best practices for maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Familiarity with hotel or custodial experience is a plus; certification in janitorial or hospitality services is advantageous.
