We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, and common areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness are met.
- Conduct floor care including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing surfaces.
- Manage housekeeping supplies and report any shortages or needs for replenishment.
- Ensure all cleaning equipment is maintained in good working condition.
- Follow established procedures for cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, kitchens, and other areas.
- Assist with laundry services as needed, including washing, drying, folding, and storing linens.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment at all times.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guest requests or concerns.
Skills
- Proven experience in housekeeping or custodial roles within hospitality settings such as hotels or resorts is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of housekeeping management practices and industrial cleaning techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
- Good communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
