The successful Front Desk Agent will tailor their approach by reading cues from a guest to ensure when they check in the guest feels at home. The front desk agent role will be on your feet and moving around (stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time) and taking a hands-on approach to your work (move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 20 pounds without assistance).
